Ordering Procedures for New MexiCann Natural Medicine

HOW TO ORDER

NOTE: All ordering is first come first served. No advance orders are taken so that all patients have an equal opportunity to purchase medicine when available.  Quantities are limited by the size of the harvest for each strain so as to allow as many of our patients as possible to get some medicine needed for symptomatic relief and treatment.

      By Phone. Call our Order Line:  505-501-8038. The outgoing message is always current and will let you know what we have or will have and when. You can place an order any time we have medicine available.

      After listening to the outgoing announcement, you can place your order by leaving a message with your name, phone number, strains and medicine you wish to order, quantity you wish to order, will you be picking up or getting a delivery, and on what day.  We will get back to you to confirm just as soon as we get into the office.

      On Line. Go to our web site: Click the "Product" tab in the top menu of this page. Be sure to check the appropriate boxes for pickup or delivery and the date and time you are committing to.  Be sure to fill in all fields with your name, phone number, email address, etc. You can use the comments box at the bottom of the form to let us know if you need a unique pickup time or delivery date. You can also request more than the maximum quantity if the strain you want is the only, or one of just a few, one that works for you. We will try to give you a larger order (and expect you to not order from other strains for a while).  We will get back to you by email to confirm that your order can be filled. You do not need to enter any credit card information if you are picking up at the office. All deliveries are prepaid. If we already have your credit card on file, you only need to enter credit card info if you want us to use a different card than the one on file.

       We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Master Card and VISA for all orders.

       We sell one grade only that is a mix of large and small buds. Our regular unit price is now $37.50 per 1/8 ounce...$10.71 per gram...plus NM Gross Receipts Tax

       Prices below include tax:

   $81.14 for 1/4 ounce

   $162.28 for 1/2 ounce

GETTING YOUR MEDICINE

      Pick Up at our Santa Fe Office. We do not keep medicine at the office, except for orders that were placed at least 24 hours in advance. We then bring the orders to the office on the day of scheduled pick up and have your order waiting for you when you arrive.  We are open Mondays from 1-6 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  If you must come later or earlier or on a different day because you will be in Santa Fe for another appointment and do not wish to make a separate trip, we will do our best to schedule to meet you at the time you need.

      Deliveries.  We use Hot Shot Services for those portions of the state that they service including a large area from Farmington to Gallup to Roswell, to Taos.  Hot Shot picks up from our Santa Fe office on Wednesdays and delivers on Thursdays. The Hot Shot drivers are not permitted to collect for deliveries, so all orders must be prepaid before Hot Shot picks them up.  Like UPS ground or the USPS, there is no set delivery time...it depends on the number of packages and the routing for that days deliveries. Hot Shot is not just delivering for New MexiCann, but for many other businesses around the state. You must be present at the delivery address when Hot Shot arrives and must have your current NM MCP ID Card and your NM Photo ID with you or the driver will not deliver your order.  If you will not be at your address all day, but will be nearby, you can instruct us to have the Hot Shot driver call you 15 minutes before arrival so you can be at the address when Hot Shot arrives.  If delivery cannot be made because you are not home or do not have your ID cards, you will still be charged for the delivery and the medicine will be brought back to Santa Fe.  

      We use a different service for the southern part of the state below T or C for Las Cruces, Silver City, Deming, etc.  These deliveries are not weekly, but usually are every two or three weeks.

      Delivery to the Eastern part of the state has been temporarily suspended.

      Our delivery fee is $20 to greater Santa Fe and Albuquerque and $30 everywhere else in NM that we service.
